Since 1994, Morten has been involved in the design, implementation and management of mass tort litigation systems for the Center for Claims Resolution and as an independent consultant. He has over 25 years of software development and Information Technology management experience.
Dan has provided asbestos claims handling and claims management services to a wide array of clients, including various asbestos defendants, bankrupt corporations, and law firms nationwide. He has been involved in settlement negotiations with numerous law firms, special masters and judges across the country.
Kevin has over twenty years of claim handling experience. He has specialized in the administration of asbestos personal injury claims as a Claims Manager for the Asbestos Claims Facility (ACF) and the Center for Claims Resolution (CCR). While with the CCR, his duties included management of all claims submitted under the Georgine Class Action.
Bob has been directly involved in the evaluation, negotiation and settlement of thousands of personal injury cases over the past 30 years, including 13 years as a Claims Manager at the Center for Claims Resolution.
Kimberly Lavin joined Verus in October 2006. Her experience with asbestos personal injury litigation began in 1989 when she joined the Litigation Department of the Center for Claims Resolution (CCR), first as staff counsel and then in 1993 as Senior Counsel. Working closely with trial counsel, the CCRs claims professionals and In-House counsel for each of the CCR members, she supervised the litigation in several states, including New York, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and West Virginia
Matthew graduated summa cum laude from Rider University with a BSBA in Accounting and continued on to earn an MBA concentrated in Finance. Upon graduating, Matthew began his professional career with the "Big 4" public accounting firm of KPMG, LLP.
Scott is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of experience managing business and information technology professionals as well as operational processes. He has spent a majority of his career working with mass tort litigation systems specializing in asbestos personal injury claims processing.
