Scott is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of experience managing business and information technology professionals as well as operational processes. He has spent a majority of his career working with mass tort litigation systems specializing in asbestos personal injury claims processing.

After earning his certification as a PMP, Scott spent nearly 4 years managing significant corporate initiatives in the healthcare payer field. His specialization was in managing large projects requiring strong collaboration between technical and business resources. Included in these initiatives were an Enterprise Data Warehouse, ICD‐10 implementation and Enterprise wide data governance security project.

Scott’s mass tort claims experience began with the Center for Claims Resolution in 1993 where he designed, developed and integrated mass tort claims processing application and accounting modules before moving into supervisory and then management roles.

Graduating with a Masters in Information Technology Leadership and a certificate in Business Systems Management from La Salle University, Scott was voted as the 2009 Graduate of the Year by the La Salle faculty. His undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Drexel University.
