Bob has been directly involved in the evaluation, negotiation and settlement of thousands of personal injury cases over the past 30 years, including 13 years as a Claims Manager at the Center for Claims Resolution. Throughout his career, Bob has interacted with plaintiff firms, special masters and judges nationwide to resolve and administer asbestos personal injury claims. Bob has extensive knowledge of the medical and product liability issues central to toxic tort litigation and asbestos claims in particular.

While at the CCR, Bob was instrumental in developing and implementing claims processing and evaluation procedures for the Georgine Class Action settlement - among the largest personal injury class action ever settled.

Prior to his involvement in asbestos personal injury litigation, Bob was employed as a medical researcher and worked for several years with a prominent New Jersey law firm. Bob has served in the capacity of a medical expert in mock trials at Rutgers University School of Law. Bob graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Villanova University.
