Mark Eveland


Mark has over 20 years experience in operations, data and document management, and reporting specifically related to mass tort and class action claims.

Mark began his career with a large consulting firm, assisting clients involved in asbestos, breast implant, and other product liability, workers compensation, and insurance litigation matters. He joined the CCR in 1997 where he served as the operations manager responsible for claims processing from filing through closure. Throughout his tenure at the CCR, Mark was also deeply involved in all aspects of reporting and analysis, presentation of indemnity and expense bills to insurance carriers, and preparation of insurance consumption analyses to support coverage counsel in pursuit of recoveries from carriers.

Since 2001, Mark has provided consulting services to a number of companies, advising them on administrative procedures and technology implementations. He has managed notice campaigns, opt-outs, and claims processing for several class action settlements, including personal injury, securities fraud, consumer fraud, and wage & hour cases.

During the course of his career, Mark has been instrumental in the design, development and implementation of numerous claims administration applications. Mark graduated from Pennsylvania State University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History.
