Client Relations Manager
As the Client Relations Manager, Oriel dedicates her time to strengthening long-term relationships by providing consistent, positive interactions, while serving as the liaison and primary contact for our clients at Verus. Oriel also serves as a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, which collaborates with the Senior Management Team and Operation leaders in an effort to establish the best business practices and implementation of new processes to improve client satisfaction.
Oriel is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in business development, quality assurance, client retention, and marketing initiatives; with a special expertise in client relations. Her strengths include excellent communication skills, attention to detail, high regard for quality interactions, process implementation and execution, and thrives in high-volume environments. Oriel also has experience in international business relationship management, risk and compliance management, as well as customer service.
During her off time, Oriel enjoys spending time with her family and reading her book club’s “book of the month.” Her interests include interior design, event planning, and DIY furniture renovations.
