Tessie leads Verus’ Support Team by helping firms navigate the filing process from submission to payment. As Verus’ suite of products and services have grown, so have our support services. As the the Manager of Support Services, she ensures that firms have the resources they need to use our systems as efficiently as possible and find solutions to their problems. Tessie communicates directly with firms to garner ideas for improving our services and lead training sessions on site and by webinar. She also leads our company’s Environmental Initiative.Before joining Verus, Tessie taught English language to children and adults and provided services for adults with developmental disabilities. She is currently a Masters candidate in Environmental Studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
In her spare time, Tessie likes to spend time outdoors hiking and observing nature, learning pop songs on the accordion and practicing culinary chemistry.
