Perry is a seasoned CEO, President, and CIO with nearly 25 years of leadership experience transforming global organizations and driving growth and profitability. While leading CRC Industries, a Global Specialty MRO product company, Perry rebuilt the leadership team, implemented a digital transformation, and prioritized environmental sustainability, reversing declining growth and enhancing operational efficiency. His career spans industries including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, specialty chemicals, and technology, where he has consistently delivered results by building top-performing teams, creating competitive advantages, and driving digital enablement.
Previously, Perry held executive roles such as President, Americas, and Global CIO of Colorcon, improving profitability and customer loyalty through diversified strategies and unified IT frameworks. As a partner at TM1 Software, he quadrupled revenue in one year and established the company as a market leader. Perry holds an MBA and a bachelor’s in computer science from West Chester University, where he serves on the Corporate Advisory Board and teaches as an adjunct professor. A dedicated community leader, he has served as a Youth Sports Commissioner and is a Board Member of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP).
