In mass tort cases, client intake data that plaintiffs’ firms collect is needed to understand both the strength of each of their client’s claims and the strength of their overall portfolio of claims. However, because firms that litigate mass torts often have hundreds or thousands of clients who may have come from a pool of even more prospective clients from different channels using various intake formats, client intake data collection can be messy.
