Verus LLC is proud to announce the formation of Verus Government Programs LLC, on December 8, 2021.  Verus has partnered with a uniquely qualified attorney with nearly three decades of legal experience helping small businesses and individuals with complex relief programs, especially in disaster zone areas. They have combined to bring their industry experience together to form Verus Government Programs LLC.  This new partnership will support applications to government programs that provide relief to small businesses or to individuals.

One example of a government relief program is the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) program which pays up to $26,000 per employee for small businesses that had a decline in gross receipts or needed to suspend or partially suspend operations due to COVID-19 restrictions. Verus Government Programs LLC has been formed to help small businesses apply to programs such as ERTC.

Verus Government Programs LLC is an expansion of Verus LLC’s Business and Advisory Services, and they will use their expertise in complex data collection and end-to-end claims administration to assist with applications to government relief programs.
