Senior Director of Operations – Settlement Administration

As Senior Director Settlement Administration Operations Rachel manages all operational aspects of Verus’ Trust Settlement Administration business.

Prior to joining Verus she held CFO and CEO roles at Trust Services Inc., a service company dedicated to providing essential services to asbestos and silica settlement trusts as well as other mass tort settlement vehicles. Rachel was formerly a Regional Controller for a large Packaging Manufacturer where she was responsible for Financial Reporting and implementing financial systems, policies, controls, and procedures to improve financial performance for three manufacturing plants.

While at Trust Services, Inc., Rachel gained keen knowledge of the mass tort claims industry. She managed and implemented multiple system and process upgrades to improve efficiencies and customer experience.

Rachel has a BBA in Accounting from Michigan State University.
