MFR Claims Processing, Inc. started operations in February 2004 as the claims handling entity for the Shook & Fletcher Asbestos Settlement Trust. Starting in 2005, MFR has also managed the claims review process for a number of additional trusts including the APG Asbestos Trust, Duro Dyne Asbestos Personal Injury Trust, George V. Hamilton, Inc. Asbestos Trust, Hercules Chemical Company, Inc. Asbestos Settlement Trust, JT Thorpe Company Successor Trust, Leslie Controls, Inc. Asbestos Personal Injury Trust, Maremont Asbestos Personal Injury Trust, Metex Asbestos PI Trust, Sepco Asbestos Personal Injury Trust and State Insulation Corporation Asbestos PI Trust.
