As Director of Information Technology and Administration, Ron is responsible for Verus’ technology ecosystem where he oversees all operational aspects including infrastructure, application development, quality control and database management.
An award-winning technology leader, Ron brings over 25 years of technology experience with 10 years in the legal vertical market. Prior to joining Verus, Ron was the Director of Technology Operations at Independence Blue Cross where he was responsible for the database, system monitoring, disaster recovery, change management, software support and software deployment teams. As the Chief Technology Officer for Clarity Benefit Solutions, Ron was instrumental in developing benefits technology leveraging the Salesforce platform. While working at SERV Behavioral Health System as the Senior Vice President of Business Transformation Ron and his team were awarded with the 2018 NJAMHAA IT Excellence Award for Best Use of New Technology.
Ron has his BA from Rowan University and an Executive MBA from The Fox School of Business at Temple University. Ron has 20 industry certifications as well as a United States Patent on a Virtual Video Conference Solution. Ron obtained a certification in Artificial Intelligence for Decision Making and Business Strategy from The Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania.
