With over 10 years of operations experience, Sara uses her skills in Six Sigma, data analysis, and change management to identify client opportunities.
Sara’s legal mind and extensive knowledge of analytics and long-term project management will be an asset. As Senior Director of Operations, Sara will use her case management oversight experience to manage claimant engagement and lead the strategic vision of case management projects. She also uses marketing initiatives for websites, social media, and SEO to ensure optimal success of client engagement strategies.
Sara received her BA in political science before earning her JD from Fordham University School of Law. She went on to obtain her MBA from Rutgers University in Strategy and Leadership. Sara’s qualifications are extensive. She is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, certified in Six Sigma by General Electric, and a New York State Bar member. Sara’s accomplishments include several publications, including in the Legal Resource Guide for In-House Hospital Counsel, NYSBA Health Law Journal, and the Journal of Health Sciences.
